Reina (Lan) Zhao

Having been living in divergent cultures and worked in different
industries, I empathize with and have passion for working with those who
navigate at the edges, who feel stuck and desire spontaneity, who
welcome light through the cracks of life. I’m committed to your
liberation and growth, as much as you are.

I invite you to be in touch with your authentic self. I accompany you
when you are called to take risks, when you explore the effective steps
of making changes. I hold space for you to cultivate compassion for
yourself as well as for others, to address the patterns that have saved
you but no longer serve you, to release the fear of letting go, and to
become your whole person. Transformation can be painful, and it is OK.
Transformation is not always or necessarily painful. It can be playful.

I believe in co-creativity. I offer experiential opportunities, such as
role playing and expressive arts methods, to support you to discover and
express the unspoken feelings and pains, and to find the resources
within you. I combine approaches of Western psychology and Eastern
philosophy and practices to help you integrate your experiences, by
connecting your mind, heart and body.
