Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #145267

Therapy with me is warm, real, and rooted in connection.

I work with partners and queer families to slow things down, name what’s true, and find new ways of showing up for each other. Using tools from Gestalt and experiential process therapy, we untangle stuck patterns and build trust, one moment at a time. You set the pace, and we check in often to make sure the work still feels right.

Currently, I focus my practice on: Modern love and communication – supporting partner in deepening emotional connection, navigating identity shifts, and working through relational stuck points;
Family and youth transitions – helping kids, teens, and caregivers navigate changes with play-based therapy and supportive guidance; Post-relationship support – offering space to process and rebuild after the end of long-term relationships.

Let’s connect – book a free consultation to see if the support I offer feels like a good fit for you or your family.
