Emily ChowMarriage and Family Therapist Trainee
Life transitions can be hard and it can stir up an overwhelming amount of anxiety, self-doubt, grief, old triggers, or all of the above.
Whether you are:
* Feeling unsure of your place in life,
* Questioning your studies or career,
* Moving through a recent breakup,
* Navigating a new relationship or marriage,
* Becoming a new parent,
* Adjusting to an empty nest, or
* Struggling with a new diagnosis
I would be honored to walk alongside you as we explore what hurts or what is scary, process what weighs on your heart, and untangle maladaptive beliefs and patterns. Together, we will find your grounding and what is personally meaningful, so you can live with greater clarity and intention rather than from a place of fear or despair.
I will listen without judgment to the things that are difficult to say. I will create space to work through the hard things together. I will honor your pace and needs and will hold in high regard your voice, choice, and power. And where you feel you have lost your voice, choice, or power, I will support you to rediscover and reengage with it or perhaps find it for the first time.
I am available for a free 20-minute call to discuss what you can expect in therapy with me and to answer any questions you may have.
