Welcome. Choosing to change and to heal takes courage. Our minds and bodies learn to function in certain ways that help us survive certain periods, and often, hold onto the same patterns that no longer serve us. Perhaps you are noticing such patterns? Experiencing trauma? Experiencing big feelings? Desiring to make lasting changes and overwhelmed where to start? Experiencing chronic, unresolvable symptoms such as gut issues, sleep disturbances, fatigue, emotional numbness, racing thoughts, and/or feeling ‘wired but tired’?

I will partner with you as you embark on your healing journey, making space for all parts of you.

I may invite during our time together:

  • Parts work
  • Somatic work and exploring your relationship with these parts to enhance the mind-body connection
  • Information on the nervous system, nutrition, gut health, and fascia and may also be introduced to build a foundation of wellness as the body holds wisdom.  Reinforcing these spokes of the wheel and enhancing the mind-body connection can lead to longer-lasting shifts.

My approach is rooted in attunement, presence, and embodiment, and theoretically grounded in process therapy, relational somatics, depth psychology, and transpersonal psychology.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Neurodivergence
  • Trauma
  • Deep feelers
  • Asian diaspora
  • Spirituality and holistic wellness
  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy *in training

Current Offerings:

  • Individual therapy (ages six and up)
    For you to meet yourself
  • Process groups (ages 21 and up) *in person
For you to be witnessed and to witness others

It is an honor to walk alongside you on your path, whether for a brief phone call to discover if we are a good fit for each other, or for the long journey ahead.

Reach out for a complimentary 15-minute discovery session. I look forward to connecting with you.
