Edie Ye

Welcome! Do you experience big feelings? Are you a deeply feeling person?

Do you struggle with trauma?

Do feelings of helplessness or unworthiness hold you back from accomplishing your goals, or even knowing what your goals are?

I enjoy working with clients taking a step towards ease, peace and empowerment while navigating the complexities of their inner and outer worlds. I will partner with you as you embark on your healing journey, making space for all parts of you, so that you can live more aligned with your values; a shining light in the darkness.

A few modalities I may invite during our time together:

  • Parts work
  • Mind-body principles and somatic work, and exploring your relationship with these parts while noticing your somatic (physical and bodily sensations) to enhance the mind-body connection.
  • Information on nutrition, gut health, fascia, and the nervous system may also be introduced to build a foundation of wellness. Reinforcing these different spokes of the wheel and practicing listening to the body and its wisdom can lead to insights that are quicker than psychotherapy that solely focuses on the rational brain.

I also offer space for psychedelic integration (pre-ceremony and post-ceremony integration)

It is an honor to walk alongside you on your path, whether for a brief phone call to discover if we are a good fit for each other, or for the long journey ahead.

Reach out for a complimentary 15-minute discovery session. I look forward to connecting with you.
