Are you tired of feeling stuck in the same old patterns and issues, over and over again? Maybe you’ve tried therapy in the past, but felt like your therapist just “nodded and listened,” and didn’t help you to explore anything new? Or maybe you’ve been in conventional talk therapy for years, and are itching to try something completely different and start thinking outside the box? I can help with that! I’m a holistic psychotherapist who works in the process modality.

Things might feel overwhelming right now in the world. And you may be totally rethinking your identity and your worldview in response to what’s happening around you.

I work by introducing you to all of the parts of yourself, so that every part of your being can agree on where to go next, and what is or isn’t authentic for the person you are right now, (or for the person that you need to become). I do this through role-play, chair work, expressive arts, somatic work, teaching meditation & mindfulness-based stress reduction, and working with your nightly dreams. Let’s process what’s happening, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity of purpose.
