Process Art for Love & Loss – Free Community Workshop
The last few years have been tough. We’ve all had to let go of something we have loved, whether it is cherished dreams, relationships, places, or people. Sometimes, words aren’t enough to process these deep feelings.
At Process Therapy Institute, we invite you to take a moment to honor your losses through heartfelt art-making in our Love & Loss Process Art Workshop.
This isn’t about artistic skill; it’s about exploring emotions, finding comfort, and discovering new pathways to healing through creative expression. You’ll be guided gently in a supportive space.
What to expect:
- A safe space to explore grief and loss
- Gentle guidance through expressive art techniques
- No art experience needed—just an open heart
- Connection and understanding
