Process Art – Exploring our Relationship to Food for the Holidays
Come engage in introspective art-making, exploring the depths of your psyche and the relationship you have with food, especially during the emotional intensity of the holidays. Connect with yourself and others in a supportive space as you express this relationship—be it comfort, conflict, nostalgia, or joy—through a variety of art materials.
Bring your own supplies or utilize the materials provided on-site. Allow the process—the action, the layering, the choosing—to become the reflection, revealing the emotional landscape tied to your plate. See where this journey of self-discovery takes you.
Don’t miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of art and tap into the wisdom of your inner relationship to sustenance and celebration. Join us for an evening of creative exploration and self-discovery at Process Art!
