Eric Rough

Eric Rough Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

I believe therapy begins with being genuinely met — not reduced to a diagnosis, a problem, or something that needs to be fixed. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, identity, belonging, and the patterns that can leave us feeling stuck even when we understand ourselves intellectually. I have a particular interest in working with men who may be functioning well on the outside while privately wrestling with questions of connection, purpose, self-worth, relationships, or the direction of their lives.

My approach is warm, curious, relational, and direct, drawing from depth, attachment, somatic, and experiential perspectives while remaining grounded in what is actually happening in your life now. Therapy with me is a place for reflection, but also for experimentation: noticing patterns, becoming more present to yourself and others, and discovering where greater choice may be possible.
