Zachary Lemas Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I use a combination of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Process Therapy, while tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. Rather than simply focusing on what is wrong, I like to explore what is already working, what you want your life to look like, and what small steps can help you move toward it.
My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build practical skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with young adults who are trying to find direction, build meaningful relationships, manage anxiety, or create a stronger sense of purpose. I view therapy as a partnership—we work together to figure out what makes sense for you and what changes you want to make.
