Feeling stuck?
Life is great except …
I don’t know why I keep doing …
I always feel bad, anxious, hopeless, worthless, unlovable, …
Don’t we all wish life came with an instruction manual? Real-world skills like dealing with big changes, the unknown, relationship stress, or learning how to calm down aren’t taught in school — and rarely at home, either. So, we do our best to figure it out on the fly.
But it’s incredibly easy to get stuck when life gets complicated. We often feel like our only option is to just grit our teeth and push through it. But what if there’s a way to actually unstuck, rather than just surviving?
I believe that even when you’re going through a really tough time, there’s always hope and a choice to be made. I’m here to give you a safe, supportive space to untangle the hidden things driving your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we’ll tap into your own inner wisdom, build the toolkit you never received, and figure out your options forward.
Rumi wrote: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there”. To that, I would add: We will meet as fellow travelers, who try their very best on this journey called life.
