Surviving the Rat Race – A support group

Tristan Shiota & Katarina Weigl
Between us, we’ve spent decades in the tech world – building products, leading teams and learning that people are far more nuanced (and more interesting) than anything that can be programmed. Now as therapists-in-training at the Process Therapy Institute, supervised by licensed clinicians, we bring that same curiosity and problem- solving mindset to supporting growth and change. Katarina blends her background in law with a mind-body-spirit approach to help people navigate life’s complex chapters, while Tristan draws on 25 years of leadership experience to guide others through transition and discovery.  Together we offer a grounded, engaging space for meaningful conversations.
