Emotional understanding and mindful behavior can positively transform the overall trajectory of a person’s life. My expertise includes enhancing understanding of yourself, improving connections in marriages and key relationships, managing depression, stress and anxiety, and developing effective parent-child relationships to make living manageable and enjoyable again.

Also, my experience includes transforming children that are experiencing divorce, bullying, low self-esteem and other difficult issues with play therapy, art therapy, and puppetry, which can help them to learn self-management and empowerment skills, while learning to like themselves.
