Rosemarie Dimacali Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
Sometimes our minds just won’t slow down. The intrusive thoughts keep coming, our shoulders feel tense, our chest tightens, or there’s that familiar knot in our stomach. It can feel exhausting to carry all of that on your own.
As a U.S.-born daughter of immigrant parents, I know what it’s like to juggle different cultures, expectations, responsibilities, and the pressure to “get it right.” I’ve also navigated anxiety in relationships and the ongoing proceass of learning self-love. Those experiences are part of what led me to this work. I’m currently a Marriage and Family Therapy trainee (unlicensed) at the Process Therapy Institute, working to complete my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy under a licensed supervisor.
I’d love to offer you a space where we can slow things down, sort through big emotions, and figure out what changes might help life feel lighter and more manageable.
