I invite my clients to envision and begin living their best lives.  Exploring new ways of thinking about old problems, discerning what you want and identifying what’s holding you back from your dreams while developing new tools for getting you where you want to be gives me joy.  Supporting you in taking bold steps in trying out new things while walking along your journey with you to create a life filled with hope, promise and happiness as you define them is what I love to do.  I draw from solution-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities with a process therapy orientation to co-create a way of working together that’s unique to you and your concerns.  Let’s get started!
