Dani Salzer

I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, grief and loss, transitions, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative and based on each client’s unique life experiences and concerns. I have a gentle, accepting style that encourages client’s to process painful feelings and experiences and move toward healing and growth. http://campbelltherapy.org/

Relationships: I guide individuals, couples, and families to safely and lovingly explore conflict, change negative patterns, and increase understanding and self-awareness. In our sessions together, clients learn to build intimacy, communication and trust while staying true to themselves. I help parents and families to create an open and loving family system that works to support each individual member in becoming their best selves.

Loss, Grief and Bereavement : Grief can be painful and isolating. Sometimes even the people who love us the most, have trouble knowing how to support us when we experience loss and grief. During the mourning period, it is normal to experience a mixture of painful feelings including sadness, loneliness, guilt, anger, and irritability. Having a safe, caring space to work through these painful feelings lessens their power and makes them more manageable. I provide a gentle, accepting and thoughtful presence that encourages you to process painful feelings and experiences and move toward healing and growth. http://campbelltherapy.org/grief-isolating/#more-23

Life Transitions:  We all go through transitions, some welcomed and some not. Divorce, career change, becoming a step-parent, sending a child to college, losing a job, going through a difficult break-up, or retiring— change challenges us to face our fears and anxieties and find new ways of coping. I guide you to discover new strengths and opportunities while you recreate harmony and meaning in your life.
