* For regular class: A handling fee of $10 will be deducted for cancellation. Refund request must be received by mail two weeks prior to the class. No refund will be made thereafter. When enrollment is low, some classes may be cancelled. A full refund will be made if PTI cancels the workshop for any reason.

* For online class: Email refund request within two weeks of payment. We will deduct the auditing fee, and refund the difference.
