TELL THE TRUTH: Tell others who you are. Own it all. Share your experiences as they happen. Practice with people you trust. Then do it with people you don't know if you can trust. Then do it with those you don't trust. Write your experiences and observations here.

BE AVAILABLE. Be present with yourself without judgment. Learn what loving acceptance feels like. Practice finding that space. One can usually do that through music, remembering a joyful moment, reliving a 'peak experience', surrounding yourself with something that inspirers you.

INTEND: Set out intentions to be loving, fulfilled, healthy, peaceful, whatever you wish to be. Invite others to intend the same for themselves.
Procedure: (5 minutes a day)
1. Meditate to an attitude of love and acceptance.
2. Say what you intend in from a place of abundance rather than lack. "I intend to be in harmony with myself", I intend to be abundant", "I intend to be inspiring in my work".
3. Be as passionate as possible when sending out these intentions. The more passion, the more of a ripple they make in the universe.

FOLLOW YOUR GUIDANCE: Practice listening to your guidance systems. When the body lines up with the mind which lines up with your spiritual intention, you will experience such love and joy.
1. Listen to your body. What is it guiding your toward or away from. Hear it. Acknowledge you heard it. Trust it. Follow it.
2. Listen to your thoughts. If they take you to a place of unease, choose another thought that feels better. No thoughts are true. You can have any you want.
3. Listen to your emotions. This is the medium through which your spirit talks to your body/mind to let them know if there is alignment. The most important guidance is to feel good. Make new choices until your guidance brings you ease.
4) Learn to appreciate. At any moment, focus on what you notice that you can appreciate. I am alive, I am blesses with ____, I have enough oxygen, etc. Become a master of appreciation and gratefulness.
