Experiential Exercises for the Theory of Consciousness
1) You are invited to write out the clearest definition you can at this time in your life about your theory of consciousness. 2) Ask several other people in your life to describe their theory of consciousness to you. Share yours. Write down the similarities. 3) Describe your Now-Self, your Full-Self, and your Expanding-Self. 4) Explore your Divine-Self by remembering a "Peak Experience" where everything was as it should be, all was one, and a powerful sense of ease and love was present.
