1. Make a commitment to live as much time as possible in the present moment. Feel your feet on the floor. 2. Make a commitment to spend more time focusing in on your experience than on focusing out on others' expectations of you. 3. Make a commitment to formally focus in and move towards the inner peaceful center through meditation or other trance inducing activity. 4. Make a commitment to attend to the inner experience, knowing that moving through the experience is the way to the peaceful, loving Expanding Self. 5. Make a commitment to extend your loving center to others, thus providing joyful service to the universe. 6. Make a commitment to trust yourself, be gentle with yourself, be accepting of yourself. Know that the goal is achieved in the journey rather than in the outcome.
