A Theory Of Consciousness
There are four levels of consciousness to explore within the (The Inner Self)
1. Physical Consciousness
The physical world.
The exchange of energy and mass. Within this conscious realm, we can name what is going on with us right now. We can see the difference between the event and our reaction to it. In this realm, we learn to acknowledge Self as separate from event, to acknowledge experiences separate from events.
The physical and ego consciousness realms interact with one another. (The Now-Self)
2. Ego Consciousness
The world of thought.
Where beliefs, perceptions and thinking patterns contribute to our experience. Emotions are experienced as a result of thought.
Including the ego as part of Self creates opportunities for acceptance of self.
3. Spiritual Consciousness (The Full-Self)
The world of unattachment.
This allows the transcendence of both the realms of Physical and Ego Consciousness.
This realm is where allowance (to release, to believe, to let-go, to trust, to uncontrol) takes shape.
4. Divine Consciousness
The world of oneness.
Expansion into a realm of internal knowing that we are all one energy, taking various forms, and having various experiences on this physical plane, and at the same time being part of a bigger experience.
An experience of being energy.

A Journey (The Expanding-Self)
The journey is in balancing, aligning, and harmonizing with the first three levels of consciousness to create and experience fulfillment on the physical realm.
If it were a goal rather than a journey, we could not transcend the ego consciousness.
It is not a linear journey since each level of consciousness is symbiotic with the others.
