The Early Years A Workshop
for Premarital Couples and The Early Years of Relationship We present a developmental model of relationship which delineates the challenges and opportunities inherent in the early years of relationship. You will learn the skills to meet the challenges, enjoy the opportunities, and create a loving and abiding relationship. You will learn how to communicate cleanly and lovingly. You will learn the beauty of creating and maintaining boundaries in partnerships and how to do so. You will learn problem solving skills. You will have fun and fascination. Workshop for Separating and Divorcing Women A workshop for women dealing with issues of divorce and separation. Sort through the many concerns faced during this time of major transition. We will provide information about the processes inherent in divorcing/separating, and provide opportunities for you to open to that process and move forward in a healthy direction. Inherent in any depth process is the potential for opening to life changing development in the psyche. We address this potential from several angles. We also address practical matters, and provide information and resources related to them. There will be a great deal of both didactic and experiential learning packed into the time together. We have written a manual designed to provide an organizing guide for use during and after the workshop. The cost for the manual will be included in the cost of the workshop. Please note: we have decided to reconfigure this to a weekend workshop format. We have chosen the new format because of the many demands on people’s lives and are addressing that fact with a shorter, more concentrated structure. BOUNDARIES: the Art of
Being Clean and Kind in Relationships This is a class designed to support the development and nurturing of boundaries: the buffer zone which surrounds and protects the core self. In this class you will learn the what boundaries consist of, their importance, how to create them and how to communicate them. The development of these understandings and skills counts among the deepest psychological and highest spiritual endeavours a human being can enact in life. A minimum of four people is needed to conduct the class. Round them up and call me at PTI, 408/358-2218, voice mail #423 and it's assured to happen. SLEEPING BEAUTY: IT'S TIME
TO WAKE UP AND THE PRINCE CAN'T DO IT
FOR YOU Exploring what it is to be authentically female, we invite you to discover the inner myths/ fairy tales/ stories you made up about yourself, others and the world. Identify the ways you distract yourself from who you really are. Learn how you hide your power and beauty from yourself, keeping yourself from having the experiences you really want. If you are tired of identifying with, but not feeling in harmony with the dominant model of being, think about this: dominant does not mean right. Let's face it: trying to live any other way but your way doesn't work in the end. So this group is about expanding your capacity to find your own way. If you gather at least four people who are interested enough in identifying and exploring the issues above to commit to a workshop or minimum eight week group, a reduced fee is offered.
