Payments and Fees

  • Make checks payable to PTI. Mail to PTI, 16573 Los Gatos-Almaden, Los Gatos CA 95032
  • To register by phone call: Don Hadlock, CEU Coordinator, at 408/358-2218 x 444
  • "Early registration" means full payment has been received by us 1 week prior to class.
  • "Pre-registration required" means no walk-ins.
  • Groups of 3 for a specific class registering together recieve a reduced rate.


Refund Policy

  • For regular class: A handling fee of $10 will be deducted for cancellation. Refund request must be received by mail two weeks prior to the class. No refund will be made thereafter. When enrollment is low, some classes may be cancelled. A full refund will be made if PTI cancels the workshop for any reason.

  • For online class: Email refund request within two weeks of payment. We will deduct the auditing fee, and refund the difference.
